How old do you have to be to rent a car from Carhire.ie?
Carhire.ie does not accept young drivers; you must be at least 25 years of age and have held a full licence for a minimum of two years.
To rent a car with the company, drivers must also have been eligible to hold their licence for eight years. This does not mean you must have actually held your licence for eight years. For those with driving licences issued in the USA or Canada, this is upped to nine years.
